We are happy to send your order with Swiss Post as a Priority parcel. (A Mail)
Flat-rate shipping costs: CHF 8.50 per order (excl. VAT)
Free delivery for orders from CHF 400.-- 

From 5 parcels, delivery is by Cargo Domizil or with our delivery van.

Collection in Altstätten SG

You can also collect your order in Altstätten SG. We look forward to your visit!
For this option, choose the shipping method "Collection in Altstätten" in the shopping basket. We will gladly notify you by email as soon as all products are ready for collection.

If you are in Altstätten outside opening hours, we will prepare your order for collection at the goods ramp. This means collection in the evening or at lunchtime is always possible.

Minimum quantity surcharge

We currently do not charge a minimum quantity surcharge

Delivery times

Delivery times vary from product to product. Products that we first manufacture and decorate by hand have a longer delivery time. You can view the delivery times directly on the product page. If you order products with different delivery times, the longest delivery time applies. Please send us an email at info@hongler.ch or call us if you would like early partial delivery (071 788 44 44).

Terms of payment

Payment: 20 days net from invoice date.
Delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

The prices mentioned on this page are in CHF including the statutory value added tax of 8.1%.

Price adjustments due to increased raw material and production costs are reserved.

Deliveries outside Switzerland / Liechtenstein

Please understand that we can only deliver within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. For large orders abroad with a value of more than CHF 2,000, please contact us by email for an individual quote.

Payment can be made by credit card (Mastercard, Visa), invoice, Twint or Post E-Finance direct transfer.
